Privacy, in plain language.

Your request

We collect your email address, selected pilot, approximate batch size and acknowledgement of the terms to respond to your request and arrange the service. We use this information to take steps at your request before a contract and to fulfil that contract. This acknowledgement is not permission for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.

When you submit the form, campaign parameters attached to that request may be saved to understand which offer prompted it. Please never put email addresses or other personal information in campaign URLs. We store an opaque request reference in your browser session so you can view payment availability. We do not store your email address in your browser.

Optional analytics

Only if you choose “Allow analytics”, we measure landing-page views, CTA clicks, pricing views and example downloads with a random session identifier. This uses session storage and stays within this service. We keep a preference in local storage so we can remember your choice. No advertising pixels or Google Analytics scripts are installed. You can withdraw permission using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing stops future measurement and clears the analytics session storage; it does not automatically erase earlier records.

Files and payments

This form does not accept uploads. After scope confirmation, we agree a private transfer method. Supply only the fields needed for the job and remove customer names, addresses, emails and phone numbers. We do not need Shopify credentials. Operational exports are deleted within 30 days of acceptance of the finished work, including local working copies, under our fulfilment procedure.

If you choose to pay, Stripe handles checkout and card information under its own privacy policy. We store provider references, the paid amount and refunds for reconciliation. We never collect card details. Payment handoffs and verified payments are operational records required for the service.

Retention and your choices

Unpurchased requests and optional analytics are removed from the live service after 90 days by daily cleanup. Access-restricted recovery snapshots on the operator’s encrypted device expire after 30 days; deleted records can remain in those snapshots until they expire and are not restored for ordinary use. Purchased requests and financial records are retained for accounting obligations, with a seven-year accounting retention period, subject to applicable legal holds. Hetzner Online GmbH hosts this service in Nuremberg, Germany. The operator controls private file transfer; a separate transfer provider will be identified before files are requested. We do not sell personal information.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw analytics consent or raise a concern at hello@modestambitions.studio. Some transaction records must be retained for accounting. You can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
