A clear agreement
for a small job.

The listed services are manually fulfilled by Administrative Burden Ltd, trading as Modest Ambitions. They are experimental paid services, with no Shopify app, automatic connection or ongoing subscription.

Scope before payment

A request is not an order or a reservation. We confirm availability, a representative file sample, exact fields and scope by email within 1 business day. No consultation call is required. If your data does not fit the stated limits, we decline the job before payment. We start after accepting the files and receiving payment.

Price and delivery

The displayed EUR amount is the total pilot price, including any taxes we are required to include. There are no renewals or surprise additions. Delivery is within 2 business days of accepted complete files and payment. One correction within the agreed scope is included if requested within 7 days. Changes of scope need a separate agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before work starts. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we refund the pilot payment. If the output fails the agreed scope, request a correction or refund by email within 7 days of delivery. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Your data and decisions

Share only files you are entitled to provide and remove customer personal details. You remain responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to import products or place stock orders. CSV preparation does not guarantee acceptance by every Shopify importer or compatibility with your store's configuration. Take a backup and test a few draft products first.

Order summaries are internal operational documents, not tax invoices or regulated e-invoices. Inventory briefs use simple averages and supplied assumptions; they do not guarantee demand or financial results.
